Refunds or Exchanges are offered by conscious.kin under the following conditions:

  • The refund must occur within 30 days for purchase.
  • The product must be in unopened, undamaged and resalable condition
  • The product is faulty

Store Credit is offered by consious.kin under the following conditions:

  • The return must occur within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product has been opened and only lightly sampled.

What can I use as proof of purchase?

You may use any of the following as original proof of purchase:

  • Original register receipt or e-­‐receipt tax invoice
  • Online customer account order history
  • Gift receipt

 

What if my item was damages, incorrect or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, our staff will organise a return or exchange. 

 

What do you mean by "Lightly Sampled"?

"Lightly sampled" means an item may have some signs of minor wear or use but must not be damaged unless the item was received by you in this condition.

 

Can I return a Sale Item?

No, all Sale items or marked down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

I've received an item as a gift but it's not quite what I'm after. Can I return it?

Yes, a gifted item can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase and under the following conditions.

  • The product must be in unopened, undamaged and resalable condition

 Please note that refunds are not available for gift returns.

 

What's your online return policy?

We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers. Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, all unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition items returned will be processed back to the original payment method. In the case of items that have been light sampled we offer Store Credit.

We do not accept online returns on Sale items. Sale items or marked down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

How do I start a return for an online purchase/order?

To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to hello@conscious.kin.com.au Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I exchange items purchased online?

At this time, we are not able to process online exchanges.

 

Can I return a purchase made online to a conscious.kin store?

We do accept online returns at our brick and mortar locations. Please be sure to bring your order number & the items that you are returning so our team can take care of you properly. Please allow 24 hours for the return to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We will send an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

 

What is the return tender?

All returns will be processed onto the original payment tender, unless the item has been lightly sampled. In the case that the item has been lightly sampled you will be issued with store credit in our system (for use online or in store).

If you would like to return an item that was purchased using a conscious.kin gift voucher your refund will be credited in the form an account credit to your name in our systems to use in-­‐store or online.

 

How long will my return take?

For returns via mail, items typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account or you can track your exchanged items via Sendle tracking.
